Many thanks to Ashley and her team for this collaborative experience.
Lately I've been trying to develop some new habits to align my activities better with my goals - and one of those goals to be kinder to my body.
I've already begun eating more mindfully and integrating gentle exercise into my days, but I think I'm ready for a real challenge. That's why on March 1st I'll be tackling the 30-Day Little Black Dress Challenge alongside Ashley Benson of AshleyBensonFitness.com.
To make the challenge even more beneficial, I'll be using TYE4 Wearable Resistance Bands for every workout. This is a revolutionary product that provides both support and resistance at the same time, making a workout more doable while producing more targeted results.
There are other products I've seen that claim to replace a gymful of equipment, but none have been so effective for me as TYE4 (and I've tried a good many). None of those other products have been able to replace wrist, ankle, and knee braces (just watch the video below if you don't believe me).
And none can match the portable, travel-friendliness of TYE4.
I had so much fun filming the video below with my sweet friends a couple weeks ago, and I hope you'll take a look if you're interested in a good way to achieve some of your goals.
I've always struggled to keep a consistent fitness plan. But now, instead of looking at it as a punishment for bad eating habits or even as a need to look a certain way, I choose to look at working out as a gift to myself.
When I maintain an active lifestyle, I feel better. I work better. I play better. I sleep better. And when I'm better all around, I can give better.
And hey, if you want to try out the TYE4 for yourself, visit this link and don't forget to apply the Coupon Code tye4withashley for $5 off.
